Sean and Yolanda Duffee opened their new restaurant Dock of the Bay in the Shea Terrace neighborhood of Portsmouth. Featuring fresh seafood with a picturesque view of the water, the location welcomes visitors into a friendly atmosphere. It is quickly becoming a favorite local eatery.
